Lackner Tinnacher
WINE COLLECTION 2025

Allow me to introduce our fine wine collection, sourced from our steep organic vineyards in Südsteiermark. Our dedication to traditional winemaking – from hand-harvesting and spontaneous fermentation to extended maturation in large wooden barrels – creates wines that truly embody the unique terroir of our vineyards.

Village Wines
GAMLITZ SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024
Our hometown of Gamlitz is located in the heart of Südsteiermark. Here, the vines grow at elevations between 320 and 550 meters in warm, sheltered vineyard sites.
A wine with elegant fruit and a fine structure. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and vibrant, with smoky nuances, lively acidity, and a finely woven structure that leads to a smooth, balanced finish.

On the palate, the wine is round, juicy, and silky in texture. Its vibrant fruit is complemented by delicate, subtly bitter nuances that lend depth and character. Full-bodied yet elegantly spicy, this dry Gelber Muskateller is a superb aperitif and a charming partner to aromatic and spicy cuisine.

Cru Wines
Ried ECKBERG Weissburgunder 2023
The Eckberg vineyard is a steep, east-facing slope situated at 400 to 450 meters above sea level. In the early morning hours, its easterly exposure allows the vines to soak up the first rays of sunlight. The marl soil, rich in nutrients, works in harmony with the sun to impart remarkable vitality to the vines. Pinot Blanc has a long tradition in Südsteiermark and the Eckberg shows charming and food-friendly with delicate fruit and silken body.

Grand Cru Wines
RIED WELLES SAUVIGNON BLANC 2021
The unmistakable character of this particular site is marked by the gravel conglomerate on which Sauvignon Blanc vines of exceptional quality thrive: On the nose, pronounced aromas of ripe dark currant, guava, white dried tea leaves and dark minerality. The body is dense and punchy, in conjunction with a finesse-rich acidity and saline tension. Complex flavors continued on the palate,
opening up with increasing oxygen contact. A wine with an aging potential of 10 years and more.
